I was concerned about 2 of my trees and needed another tree trimmed properly. They came out promptly and alleviated all my concerns gave me much needed advice and instructions for care and proper feeding. They said I should be able to trim the small tree myself saving me money. Very knowledgeable and friendly!
We hired California Arborist to trim and shape our trees and take out a dead tree. They also planted several fruit trees. They did an amazing job and couldn’t be happier with their work and professionalism. I will definitely use them again for maintenance work on the yard. They were also reasonably priced. The crew cleaned up everything and the work done in a timely manner.
California Arborist is a professional and honest business. Each year I bring the team over to trim my eucalyptus tree, to prevent the heavy branches from falling off the tree. They shape the tree beautifully which keeps it healthy. Last year I also hired the company to install sod grass in my front and back yards. Grass still looks great today, because they insisted the sprinklers needed to hit all spots, if I wanted my lawn to thrive. Their crew is very nice and dependable. I see their trucks in my neighborhood all the time, so I know my neighbors trust them like I do. Highly recommended.
Excellent Service, Friendly Experts and Quality Work at a fair price. I highly recommend California Arborist. One of my palm trees was dying (see first pic), so I called California Arborist to see if there was hope to save it. They promptly scheduled an appointment with Don (Arborist) to evaluate my tree, which he did. Unfortunately, Don informed me the tree could not be saved, "the heart of the tree was dead and the tree should be removed". Don provided me with a quote to remove the tree and grind the stump, I told him I would think about it and get back to him. A week later Rita from their office called to see if I had made a decision to remove the tree, Rita was very nice. After giving it some more thought.., I decided to have the tree removed. Rita kindly scheduled an appointment around my calendar. On the day of the removal, I was surprised to see a five person crew with a very impressive Cherry Picker and Dump truck in front of my house, they had showed up 15 minutes early. I met Tony, Fernando and Ryan (I don't recall the other two names), they were all very nice and professional. The experienced team of five cut down the palm tree from top to bottom, and within an hour the tree was professionally removed. They even took the extra steps to clean the entire area where debris and dust from the tree had fallen. The team had limited access to get a large grinder to the tree, so Rita scheduled another date to remove the stump (they had to get smaller stump grinder). A week later a two person team (Fernando and Ryan) arrived as planned and grinded the stump below ground level (see second picture). This was a lot of work and they did a great job! All in all, I am very pleased and would highly recommend California Arborist to anyone that's looking for a professional, quality Arborist Service at a fair price. Thank you California Arborist!
Without being a client I had a bad experience, this morning they were pruning my neighbor's tree and one of the workers crossed onto my property and started stealing my lemons, when I confronted him he got scared and just crossed again, I spoke to the person in charge and that's where the lies began, claiming that they had knocked on my door to ask permission, which is a lie not only because I am in my house watching everything and I also have 5 cameras recording all the time; I called the company and told them what happened, offering the recordings and they answered, we call you back, of course the manager's version was credible, saying that he had knocked on my door and no one answered, a lie, everything was recorded from the time they arrived until they left, but of course they didn't want me to send them the videos that would play against them, when I gave them "credit" ok in case I don't hear the door that doesn't mean they can break in and steal the lemons from my tree, again they trying to sell a story that only stupid people will buy, be careful when hiring their services if there is no one to monitor them, you never know what they can take from your house....
