I’ve used this business before, and will continue to do so. The initial estimator understood my “trees needs”, and was very professional and knowledgeable of what needed to be done for our two big palms and five other trees. He represented Mario’s Tree Services very well. I was also pleased to be given a military veteran discount pricing.🫡🫡 The office kept me advised of the teams arrival, and the tree trimming team was punctual with this time. They got right to work, and completed the job 100% safely and in a timely manner. They were careful not to damage any other flowers, plants or sprinklers around the trees, and kept me updated on their progress. When they were all done and cleaned up (including the pool!!)— I told their supervisor that I would’ve never known they were even here – – except for the great look of the freshly and professionally trimmed and good looking trees!!👍👍 There are many tree services in Bakersfield, but I will only use Mario‘s Tree Services because of what I’ve mentioned above. And Value, Service, Professional, Personal and Safety is how they conduct their business. 💪🏻💪🏻 In these days of poor service and uncaring workers— It’s good to know that none of those bad things apply at Mario’s Tree Services!!
Mario’s Tree Service delivers exceptional results! They efficiently removed a 30-foot conifer in just an hour and a half, and the stump was gone within 30 minutes. The team left the area spotless and handled everything with the utmost professionalism. Everyone we interacted with—from the crew on-site to the office staff—was friendly, kind, and professional. If I can give them a 0 star I would I paid over $1500 for a an infested termiteTree in January. They Left a mess and broke one of my sprinkler lines, and my tree is still saturated with termites😡
