Have used them many times and they always do a great job. 15 years ago they worked with us to try and save our dying 100+ year old tree. Unfortunately we had to remove it this years because it official died but we had many great years with it. Precise came out and did a great job removing this very large tree and even cut me a piece so I can make a table. The workers were friendly and did quality work.
We used Precise Tree Care for a tree and stump removal at our home in Crest Hill, and we couldn't be happier with the results. We had a large, decaying locust tree that was a major concern. From the very beginning, their customer service representatives who I communicated with (emails & calls) were professional and knowledgeable. They took great care to protect our property, one of the arborist in Jose's crew moved a potted plant further away from were they were working to ensure nothing happen to it I truly appreciated it because if he would of left it where I had placed it thinking it was far enough from the work area the plant would of been broken on accident. the entire process was done safely and with precision. They had adequate tools and machinery for the job. They completely removed the tree and its stump and did an excellent job cleaning up. You wouldn't even know a massive tree had just been there! Precise Tree Care took unbelievably good care of my crimson king maple. Earlier this year I noticed that half of my beautiful tree was not blooming, and I worried that something was wrong. I immediately called Precise Tree Care based upon the recommendation of my dad, who also uses their services. They were able to diagnose my tree as suffering from girdling roots, and began to treat it right away. They are professional, kind, responsive, explanatory, and very understanding. Precise Tree care did an excellent job. They trimmed branches from three different trees hanging over our roof. We are having a new roof installed soon and we needed to clear the space above our house. It looks fantastic. They did a great job cleaning up after as well. If anybody needs tree work in the Frankfort Square area give them a call. They are very reasonably priced as well.
