These guys are amazing! They arrived exactly on time and quickly and efficiently removed three large trees from our property. Our backyard had limited access but they came up with a simple plan that worked in our favor. We will definitely use them again and highly recommend to anyone needing tree work,.

Three years ago we hired Advance to shape and thin out our Ash Trees. The gentleman that did the initial consultation was rather arrogant but we dismissed his unfortunate attitude with the hope of having a good tree trimming job delivered - but that was not to be the case. They didn’t take the time to mark sprinkler lines so the heavy truck with the bucket lift broke two lines. They didn’t shape the trees, just stripped them leaving them looking like telephone poles. They cut a very large branch incorrectly leaving the tree susceptible to disease. The gentleman who first inspected the job suggested cutting down our beautiful Maple tree but we refused and found other ways to help it (and they claim to be arborists). To top it off, they over charged and refused to listen to our side of the matter, like I said - arrogant. But the good news is that we recently hired a new tree service called Southern Oregon Tree Care and they are excellent. They know tree health - actual arborists and have an artists touch with shaping the trees. They climb trees if necessary and have the neatest piece of equipment called “the Spider”. It’s amazing and won’t break sprinklers. They did a wonderful job for us and are very nice fellas too - that was refreshing. By the way - they ended up charging less then the initial bid so that was a win win! If you care about the health of your trees as much as the appearance, call Southern Oregon Tree Care.

I am so impressed with the folks at Advanced Tree Service! I called on a Friday, they come out to inspect and provide a quote the next day and came to do the work the following Wednesday! Their communication was clear and they were competitively priced. We had three trees removed, another with light trimming, and another with extensive trimming and corrective limb removal. All was done with precision and safety in a somewhat narrow yard. They also did an immaculate job of cleanup after. I am beyond pleased with the service, the price, and especially the result. I highly recommend this company!

Will Daniels and his crew from Advance Tree Service came out to our rural property outside of Jacksonville in late April and did a great job falling and cutting three trees well over 100 foot tall, as well as dropping two additional smaller trees and doing some major trimming of some Madrone trees that had grown too close to our garage. They did everything we had agreed upon and more and were super professional and courteous. We highly recommend their service.

The owner of this business is a Veteran! Besides that they did an amazing job removing two trees from our property. They were knowledgeable, safe and quick. They came and left little trace behind. I would highly recommend this service.
