Although I didn’t end up hiring this company, I felt compelled to leave a review because exceptional people deserve to be recognized. They took the time to answer my questions, offered thoughtful and honest advice, and treated me with genuine kindness and respect without any expectation of getting my business.
In a world where customer service often feels transactional, their integrity and willingness to help stood out. If the way they treated me before I became a customer is any indication of how they treat their clients, I have no doubt they provide exceptional service. Businesses like this deserve to succeed. Highly recommended.

Dakota and his crew do amazing work. They responded promptly to my inquiry and proposed a very reasonable price while also helping answer many questions I had. We needed to have trees removed from our backyard that backed up along HOA shared space. Dakota helped handle any permitting and discussion with the city and made the whole process painless. I have recommended their service to several friends since and would happily be a reference in the future.

We've used a different tree service company for several years but his quote to remove a large fir tree seemed high. I wondered if over time they came to believe that they can quote me any price and I'll just go along with it. I found Progression Tree Care online and the owner, Dakota, came out and gave me a lower (and fairer) quote. I hired him and he did a great job! And here's the key - Unlike most of these types of companies, Dakota does the work himself - He climbed and cut down the tree himself! He did an excellent job! With other companies, the owner is just a sales guy that earns a healthy commission. In addition, these other tree care owners might have all the education and credentials in the world but they're not even on site when the work is done, so it is performed by other, less competent employees - Not the expert. We were so pleased with the fir tree removal we had Dakota come back and prune two other trees. Once again, he did an excellent job! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND PROGRESSION TREE CARE!
