About Mario’s Tree Services
Mario is extremely unprofessional. Our neighbor paid for our tree to be trimmed/shaped, and we wake up to the tree being cut. We asked if they were going to leave some shade and got a response “yes” but I believe there was a language barrier because the continued cutting. By the time we yelled for them to stop there wasn’t much tree left. The worker called his supervisor Andrew who told us he’d be on the way and once he got here told us that the man cutting the tree didn’t obey orders of trimming. They both said they should’ve known better and know what a trim is. The owner Mario was called, but he tried to make it seem like everything was okay and not a big deal. No matter what was told to him he didn’t offer a real compensation for his workers not following orders and ruining our beautiful tree. The workers then refused to leave and had their friend come and make threats, and we had to call the police. Both us and our neighbors are all very upset and refuse to pay for the horrible job and customer service this company has “provided”. The police report has been made.
I highly recommend Mario’s tree service, as I had a very good experience with his whole crew and Amy in the office. The job was done very quickly and much earlier than my expectations. I don’t think you will be disappointed with Mario’s work. Here in the picture, you can see that he not only planted the tree, but did some sprinkler work and added the Rock enhancing my front yard.
Mario's Tree service did an excellent, thorough job. I made sure to get estimates from other companies and Mario's Tree Services prices could not be beat. They were affordable and the workers were efficient! I definitely recommend this company to all my family & friends.
Reasonably priced, friendly, & punctual. Not only did they have great communication but the work was great. They got the job done quickly & there was no mess to clean up. They removed our tree from our backyard and cleared the stump all within a few hours!
