Thank you Chozen Gardens for jumping in quickly when we were ready to replace our broken fence. Albert inspected the fence the same day we called and sent us the quote right away. From what I had researched I was confident I was given a fair price. The Chozen team came days later and completed the job that same day. The fence looks fabulous
We had a large Cyprus tree invading our home’s personal space causing significant problems. I hired Chozez Gardens for the tree removal and stump grinding. Unfortunately the gutters on our house and neighbor’s house were damaged. The trunk was 6 inches from our gutters and 3 feet from the neighbor’s gutters. Huge tree, danger close. I honestly didn’t see how they could remove the tree without something happening. I was relieved to see only the gutters dented. That being said, Albert was on it immediately. He came directly to me when the damage happened and provided satisfactory solutions to make us both whole. His communication, accountability, and dedication to customer service was above and beyond. We’ve had to hire a few different companies this past year for different house projects with a lot headaches involving quality, communication, and customer service. Working with Chozen Gardens stood out as a great experience. We have referred this company to family for another large project and would gladly recommend this company again in the future.
Chozen Gardens is a great landscaping company. Albert and his crew are wonderful to work with and truly follow through during and after the project. They helped redesign our garden with care and creativity. Albert cares about the ultimate outcome. Highly recommend!!
I recently worked with Albert on a major tree removal and sidewalk repair project that lasted nearly a month. Throughout the process, Albert was attentive, responsive to my questions, and managed all scheduling and communication with city officials. The quality of his team's work was outstanding; the new concrete sidewalk looks excellent. Albert demonstrated professionalism, thoughtfulness, and genuine kindness. The results exceeded my expectations, and the pricing was very fair. I would confidently give 5 stars based on my experience.
After interviewing several companies, we chose Chozen Gardens to replace the failing retaining wall and fence along our backyard area. Albert was knowledgeable about the work that was needed, made suggestions and listened to our ideas and concerns. During this project, we decided to remove an old fruit tree near the fence too. This tree was removed quickly, stump grinding done and wood chips from the tree spread along the fence. There were a few hiccups during the project, but they were corrected to our satisfaction. Albert's team were punctual, professional and cleaned up after each work day. Would definitely recommend them.
