This guy is the worst. He destroyed two beautiful olive trees at my house. I have never seen such a hack in my life. It was so bad, I actually felt bad for the trees, completely uneven, overcut 1/3 of the tree without matching the other half. Runaway!!! Save yourself!!!
Terrible experience with Steven Unprofessional, not Caring to a current client. We had our large oak tree cut Nov 2023 and this past weekend the top of our oak tree came crashing down. I called Steven, came out next day quoted ridiculous amount and my husband and I could tell he did not want the job. Rude comments about our tree but he was happy to cut it in Nov 2023 and take the money and run. I would not recommend this uncaring company to anyone. Unacceptable way to run a business and turn your back on current clients who needed help. Very disappointed how we were treated.
Steve says the right things when he’s bidding a job, but you really get to know him when he’s working. His temper, lack of professionalism, and breaking his word about the way the work will be performed are all reasons I would recommend not hiring him. However if you enjoy someone you are paying yelling, cursing and arguing with you, then 5/5!
Just had Steve remove two trees from my backyard today. He was fast and did a very professional job. Plus his price was fair. I would have him help me again and highly recommend him.
