We had a very negative experience with Warren A. Miller and Arbor Tech Services/Desert Arborist Services. Mr. Miller came out to assess our Palo Verde tree which had been horribly cut in error while we were away on a vacation. We paid his standard $200 consultation fee. It took another three weeks before he provided a job estimate proposal. Although the proposal seemed expensive, we accepted the proposal on April 14. It is now over a month later and and after our many calls and notes, they refuse to schedule the work or to return our calls or reply to email. We are patient people, but our patience is now exhausted, and I really don't wish to patronize any business that treats its customers with such disregard. I wish I could leave a "zero star" review. He recently came out to look at a few trees. He was able to immediately identify the problem and discuss how to resolve it. He even offered to walk to the rest of the property and look at everything else, all while providing feedback on other potential issues and providing guidance on how best to care for the plants. He set up a treatment schedule for my ficus tree and the costs are very reasonable imo. His honesty and respect was the best part of working with him. Highly recommend.
Several years ago Warren examined six citrus trees within our small development in Palm Springs and quickly gave me an education on proper watering, pruning and feeding plus how to keep trees healthy to help them avoid the dreaded Asian Citrus Psyllid attacking trees from Florida to California. He put the trees on a program of inspection, feeding and pruning at the right times of the year plus the watering lines have been corrected to provide adequate moisture to these luscious trees. Warren's team schedules service for the best time for us, is polite, punctual and neat. We highly recommend ArborTech for trees here in our challenging desert.
Have been using Arbor Tech for 10 years to trim & prune a grapefruit tree & to trim other vegetation around our property - they have been very responsive & clean up all pruned materials - the property is always left looking great - Warren & his staff have been superb.
