Hi, Foster and I have been using Arbor Tech Services for years on two properties we have in Palm Springs. Mostly helping us understand the importance of regular treatments against pest infestation. Also regular spraying for fertilizer treatments to help keep everything strong and healthy. It’s been a learning curve to understanding what needs attention before it’s to late.Having a regular schedule of visits has help us maintain the garden as it an old property with lovely old established plantings. Friendly staff that know what to do has made it one of the smartest decisions we have made. Tracy Averill
I had an amazing experience with this team. They gave me a fast and fair quote for trimming my overgrown palm trees and large shade trees. The crew arrived right on time, worked safely, and did a phenomenal job shaping the trees without cutting them too short. When they finished, my yard and driveway were completely spotless—they even blew away all the tiny stray leaves and debris. I am very happy with the results and will definitely hire them again for future yard work! Highly recommended!
Referred to Arbor Teck from a friend in 2021 for fruit tree trimming. Had 3 appointments set up where no workers showed up. Even approached a crew working at the friends’s place who referred us. Instead of coming to look, give a card, etc, said “only worked on client’s property “. Never did get ANY work done from this company that year., because they didn’t “show”. Now, 5 yrs later, asking for a review. Would not recommend them, for FRUSTRATION.
We recently purchased a home in Palm Springs and desired professional advice from a Certified Arborist on the health of our palm trees and other plants in our yard. We truly appreciated the professional, quick and honest feedback of their services and communications. Our arborist was Warren Miller and he is awesome!
We had a very negative experience with Warren A. Miller and Arbor Tech Services/Desert Arborist Services. Mr. Miller came out to assess our Palo Verde tree which had been horribly cut in error while we were away on a vacation. We paid his standard $200 consultation fee. It took another three weeks before he provided a job estimate proposal. Although the proposal seemed expensive, we accepted the proposal on April 14. It is now over a month later and and after our many calls and notes, they refuse to schedule the work or to return our calls or reply to email. We are patient people, but our patience is now exhausted, and I really don't wish to patronize any business that treats its customers with such disregard. I wish I could leave a "zero star" review. Your experience may be different, but this has been ours. written May 19, 2025
