I can see my house now, thanks to the excellent work of Better City Tree Services! David Gallo and his hard-working crew cleared overgrown trees and shrubs from around the house, a job that was long overdue. They dug out roots, ground down stumps, and pruned the remaining shrubs to remove dead branches and shaped them up. They used good safety measures to keep the branches off the house and were especially careful at property boundaries. All debris was cleaned up and chipped in their truck, leaving the work site neat and clean. David Gallo is quick to respond to calls and was able to schedule the work within a few days. The crew came back later to finish up the job and David stopped by several times to make sure all was completed to my satisfaction. The yard now looks more expansive and the house can see the light of day, thanks to their diligent, skillful, and thorough work.
David Gallo and his crew were removing a fallen tree from a neighbor's house in Orinda. We asked David for an estimate to remove a huge eucalyptus tree from our yard and to trim branches and deadwood throughout our property to satisfy our insurance company. The price quoted seemed fair so we hired them; they started the next day and completed the work quickly, efficiently and professionally. The crew consisted of several very nice guys, and David came by periodically to supervise the work. We would definitely hire Better City Tree Services again should the need arise.
Dave and his crew did a phenomenal job restoring my date palm to its full potential. I had a very disappointing experience with another tree service about 1-1/2 years ago with the same tree, leaving it in the "before" condition in the photos. Dave responded quickly on a Friday with a visit and proposal, and completed the job on Monday. Good value, friendly and responsive. Strongly recommend (and I am a contractor myself!)
Super efficient and responsive. Got the job done quickly and friendly crew. David was great to work with. Price was right!
Needed some old and really big redwood trees cut on our backyard. Was worried that they would have a hard time being that the trees were on a steep hill plus our pool. But they managed to make it happen! Cut the trees down in a few hours, cleaned up and did a great job!
