Blue Ribbon Tree is truly the best tree service I have ever used. The arborist and the crew is great. In my yard they had the full variety from tall hedges to smaller trees. The crew arrives as scheduled and deploys a large bonded and insured crew that efficiently and expertly takes care of your trees. Their prices are very competitive. Clean up is also great. I've used them at least 4 times and will keep going back.

Blue Ribbon Tree has been my tree care company for many years. Ian Anderson's dad, Andy, was the original person who helped me with the trees at our home, and I was always impressed with the knowledge and care for the trees' health that has been and continues to be a hallmark of the work this company does. Ian, a certified arborist like his dad, continues in this tradition by always focusing on what the customer needs help with and the consequences for the health and longevity of the trees. Blue Ribbon Tree recently completed some technically challenging work pruning on a 50-60 foot tall walnut tree in our backyard which overhangs our neighbor's roof. They also completed prunings on various trees in our yard. Several years ago, another neighbor was in the process of obtaining the help of an arborist to prune several trees which sit on two sides of our property. That arborist's recommendations, including one to leave one of the trees lopsided, didn't sit right with me. We agreed to consult with Ian and Blue Ribbon Tree. Ian reviewed the scope of what our neighbor and I needed help with, and came up with a more cost effective solution that didn't leave the tree lopsided. For my money, there is only one arborist and tree company that I trust, and that is Ian Anderson and Blue Ribbon Tree.

Very impressed with this team. They are professional, efficient and hard working. We had good communication with both Ian (during the quoting process) and with the on-site team. Also, excellent clean-up after the work was completed. We will hire them again!

Called Blue Ribbon and was given Ian's number. He called back immediately after I reached out and was at our house within 20 minutes. Ian priced out removing 6 mature trees on our fence line next to the road. I contacted Ian with a question about an option a competitor had recommended and Ian explained the ramifications of the option that the competitor failed to mention. Ian provided a very competitive bid and they were able to fit us in within 2 weeks of contacting them. The crew came out with a bucket truck, a truck with a chipper and a truck to haul away the wood, which unfortunately we couldn't use. (Some companies aren't hauling wood away anymore.) They placed out cones and "A frame" warning signs on the road and worked very safely as our road does see some traffic. They did a superb job bringing down the trees without any damage to our fence or impeding traffic. They cleaned up the entire length of the worksite, using not only a leaf blower for the chainsaw "chips", but also raked up small branches. You wouldn't even have known they were there except for the missing trees! :D I was pleasantly surprised at how quickly they got the project done! What a great job and great customer service. Just a top notch experience all the way around. I can't recommend Blue Ribbon Tree & Landscape highly enough! We will use them again.

We hired Blue Ribbon to trim a couple London Plane trees and remove a third one. Ian and his crew of six were very professional and did an excellent job in all respects, at a very competitive price. All three trees were very close to the house/deck and the crew was very careful not to damage anything. They also did an excellent job of cleanup when the work was done. I highly recommend Blue Ribbon to anyone that needs tree work done.
