We wanted to share our excellent experience with Christopher Campbell and his CC Tree Design team after they pruned the large, mature Monterey Cypress in our front yard. Our tree is very old and sits on a slope. In addition, the sewer line runs down the slope right by the tree. The team handled these challenges with impressive skill and attention to detail. They were also mindful of the nearby electrical lines and managed the work in a way that really helped us. We wanted to avoid PG&E stepping in and potentially over-trimming and damaging our tree. In addition to the pruning, they provided root excavation services to support the long-term health of the tree, which we really appreciated. Their crew went above and beyond by protecting our garden and our adjacent neighbors on both sides during the process-laying down plywood and coverings to ensure that surrounding plants were not damaged while large limbs were removed. Throughout the entire project, the team was highly professional, friendly, and easy to work with. Communication with Chris and his team was clear, and it was obvious they take pride in both their craftsmanship and customer care. We would absolutely recommend CC Tree Design to anyone looking for knowledgeable and conscientious tree care.
