Thank you to the gentleman who came to our home and trimmed/removed our trees. First they sent one of their employees to our house to check everything out and do a walk through. Super knowledgeable in all the different trees that were on our property. We explained what we wanted done and some of the problems that are happening. We had this huge Longan tree in our front yard that was getting really thick, 8 pine trees which were touching the power lines, and 2 orange trees in our back yard that were starting to lift the pavement up because of their roots. We also had a couple "bush" trees that they trimmed up and made all pretty so now they just look like mini trees. Once they got all the information they gave us a quote and set up a date. Only took a few feeks but had to reschedule once because of the storm. They arrived on time at 8 am and finished up around 12pm. They checked in with us periodically to confirm we liked the way it was turning out. If we had any concerns they explained why they were cutting or leaving things a certain way. They did an amazing job cleaning up all the debris such as leaves, shavings, branches, etc. I wish I had "before" pictures to compare but the work they did was beautiful! Will definitely be recommending your services and calling on you again if we ever need any more work done. Thank you!

Hmmm--ruined 2 beautiful and fruitful mango trees. The one star is for prompt response to give a quote. Cannot recommend. My first clue should have been when they wanted to come while the tree was flowering, then fruiting. My 90-year old dad and I are heartbroken. As my dad said, "I've never seen anyone trim a tree like that before." They tried to revise the first tree and I fired them before they could do more damage to the second. I had to pay someone else to try to shape the trees better and give them a fighting chance at regaining some of their former majesty. ClimbingHi just trimmed 30 of our Koa trees. A previous landscape company butchered them in the past and they were all dying. They look so much healthier now. They also advised us on caring for them going forward. They were very thorough and cleaned up after the work. I wish I had some before pictures but I forgot to take them. Before they were ugly like a Nightmare Before Christmas tree and now they look like there is hope for them. I highly recommend ClimingHi.
The crew at ClimbingHI was top notch! Their bid came in a timely fashion; not the least expensive bid, but worth every penny. The team showed up for the job on time, with notice, in the rain, with impressive attitudes and equipment, and removed over a dozen trees over the course of one day. Our job seemed pretty big to us, and included taking out a nasty large Christmasberry, as well as trimming up/back a gigantic rubber tree, that really adds to our property. Very impressive on all fronts - would hire them back again in a second. Thanks guys!
