We scheduled a crew to perform Tree Trimming, Pruning & Shaping for over 8 different Types or groups of Trees. They showed up on time and began work once we walked my property.
The Crew lead was Chad and he was awesome. Explaining everything each step of the way. The whole job took approx. 5 hours to complete and they cleaned everything up prior to leaving.
I used them 2 years ago and got the same great service then as well. The Estimator was a gentleman named Charles and did a very through job walking me thru the Quote. I have already recommended them to one of my Neighbors. 5 Star Plus.
I will have them back out next year for Sure

We had a four story tall tree that started to fall over toward the street taking out a patio as it leaned. EastsideTree Works agreed that it should be removed and they were willing to work with the city of Seattle to obtain a permit to do the removal.
Kent arrived with a crew of four. Julio went up in the bucket crane to start the removal and he was in it for about three hours, aided by ground crew who changed out tools with him as needed and who fed the branches into the chipper, raking up debris as they worked. The work was done in a timely manner for such a large tree and Kent made sure that no branches fell on the public places or against the apartment itself. The crew cleaned up the area before leaving and we were extremely satisfied with the efforts and professionalism.
Great company to work with on a large project like we had.

I was very pleased with the tree removal that Eastside Tree Works did for me (a large oak tree that was growing too close to my house). Their bid was reasonable, and were able to schedule around my availability. The crew showed up on time and were careful not to drop things on my roof or surrounding plantings, and did a great job of clean up afterwords. Overall, I was very impressed with their work.

Our HOA retained ETW for some hazard tree mitigation trimming, pruning and removal in our park. The estimate prepared by Jeff followed our instructions completely in terms of sticking to a defined scope of work; the office staff members (Amanda, Jory, and Charles in particular) were very diligent about keeping us informed regarding schedule issues; the crew (Brian, Jeron [sp?], Scott, and one other) arrived on time and executed the scope in a timely and safe manner; and even though the ground was as wet as it ever gets, it barely looked like anybody had been there given the excellent cleanup. What else could we ask for? We look forward to working with ETW again.

I had an excellent experience with Eastside Tree Works. Everything from quote to service to stump grinding was great. We had some trees removed out of caution before windstorm season and Charles was very helpful in identifying which trees would be best given wind, location, etc. The tree crew that came out were efficient and kind. I will definitely use them again in the future.
