Joel and team did an excellent job of taking out old overgrown trees in my back yard. Some of them were right next to walls and they took them out efficiently and effectively. In addition, they took out the stumps so I could plant replacement trees. Joel was very responsive in answering questions and cleaning up even after I had paid the full amount. Very professional service that I would highly recommend.

I couldn't be more impressed with Joel's Tree Service! From start to finish, they delivered exceptional professionalism, top-notch expertise, and outstanding customer service.
Manny and his team arrived on time, fully prepared, and ready to tackle the job with efficiency. They came with nine workers, and all of them were very professional and used the proper safety equipment. Their teamwork and attention to detail were truly impressive! Not only did they complete the job flawlessly, but they also left my yard looking spotless—they cleaned up everything as if they were never there!

Joel came the same day we called and gave us a price he scheduled us just a few days later. We had a bunch of pepper trees to cut down. He sent 8 guys and they cut and cleaned up best they could . I recommend this company !!!

I want to share my recent experience with this business. There was a miscommunication regarding the price of the service, and unfortunately, nothing was written down beforehand. When I realized the misunderstanding, I approached the owner in good faith to explain the situation and hoped we could reach a fair compromise so neither of us would lose out.
Instead of working toward a solution, the owner immediately accused me of lying, trying to cheat him, and lacking integrity. He became combative and dismissive, even though I was only trying to resolve the matter reasonably. He continued to say I was dishonest and that he was right, which made it clear the conversation was going nowhere.
Out of respect for his employees—who truly worked hard and were not at fault—I decided to pay the full amount. I told the owner I would leave an honest review of my experience, and he became offended even after receiving full payment.
This was a very disappointing and unprofessional interaction. While I respect the effort of his crew, my experience with the owner was negative, and I feel it’s important to share in case others encounter a similar pattern.
