We had the pleasure of working with Daniel in 2021, and he did an excellent job helping us remove trees and clean up our lot. I am so thrilled with the job of this company did on my large tree in my backyard. It was overhanging my roof and potentially future danger, so having it trimmed back, made such a difference, and the crew worked so hard and fast it was frankly, amazing. They also took the time to dump some of the mulch that came from my tree back onto my front yard for future health of my garden. I could not be happier! Would definitely recommend 100%!

At first they were responsive and helpful. We met for an estimate, the lady seemed super knowledgeable and the price seemed fair so we hired them. Scheduled a day and time for the service and confirmed that we did not need to present for it. Also confirmed we could pay with check via mail or with check in person while they were working. I mailed a check to them the day after the service was completed.
I reached out a few days later to schedule another tree job but I never heard back. I tried reaching out again around 3 weeks after the original job to at least confirm payment was received since I never got a legitimate invoice nor a receipt or anything but no response again. This company completely ghosted me after multiple good faith efforts to reach them over call and text even when I attempted to hire them for a second job.
I’m not sure how they have such high reviews. Sure, the tree work itself was fine and I appreciated the clean up they did after, but the communication or lack thereof, the lack of invoice/receipt, and the unprofessional ghosting behavior is just off putting.

The guys were prompt in arriving , when I was told when they’d be here. The crew of 3 were fun to watch, as I could tell they have worked together for a long time. They were perceptive to each other, as to what each was doing. Definitely safety conscious!!!!! They took the top of the tree down, and it fell/ placed it right on top of the burn pile! Since they were here, I had them take another tree down, that was essentially dead. Because we are elderly, the guys were able to stack the wood, near where the other tree was. They cleaned up, and stacked the wood where it can now be managed by us. I would recommend them to anyone, needing this work. Great business!

Ana and her crew were prompt, professional, and easy to work with on a major tree cutting project. Many neighbors in our area only recommend them. I now can see why. They’re great!
