New Sky Tree Service - Exceptional Experience
I recently hired New Sky Tree Service for crown cleaning, thinning, and raising one cedar and five other trees. Walter came for the estimate, which I approved the same day. They scheduled the service for the same week and completed all the work within a couple of days, just as promised.
Walter had initially mentioned he would send three crew members, but to my surprise and delight, he sent six. Each crew member worked systematically and diligently. They even cleaned my roof and the ground, leaving no debris behind. The quality of their work far exceeded my previous experiences with other tree services.
New Sky Tree Service truly understands what excellent tree service entails. I am incredibly impressed with their professionalism and efficiency. I highly recommend them for any type of tree service you need. A special thanks to Sergio, who always had a smile on his face and contributed to a very happy customer experience.

The New Sky crews arrrived on time. The company owner (Carlos) gave them instructions and they went right to work. I had a number of mature oaks that needed trimming for fire mitigation purposes, as well as a few small trees and some encroaching by my neighbors' hedge. The bid I received was very competitive and very reasonable for the amount of work done. When the work was finished, Carlos returned to review his crew's work with me and what he recommended for the trees I thought needed attention in the future. There were no surprises on the final invoice. The New Sky Tree Service team left my property clean from debris, cleaner than it was before they arrived. I whole heartedly recommend their service.

Walter and his crew did a great job removing a big tree that was about to fall on top of the house and crush it during the big rain storm. Even with the bad weather they were out at the house in just a couple hours after calling them and carefully removed the tree without damaging any property. The crew was friendly professional and did a nice job cleaning up afterwards. I’d definitely use them again.

Absolutely happy with their service from start to end. Walter showed up on time to give us a free estimate to take down two trees in our front yard; he was knowledgeable and gave us a very reasonable price. After we approved the proposal, he and his team went ahead and did the job efficiently and much faster than we anticipated. We are very happy with their service and definitely will use them again in the future.

We are very pleased with New Sky Tree Service! Carlos came to assess our needs and was very knowledgeable about the coastal live oaks, redwood and other trees in the yard, and promptly sent a proposal that was complete, very professional and very reasonably priced. He was also responsive to our desire to keep a green screen of foliage to the neighbors' property while pruning the trees appropriately. Since we had a lot of work to be done, Carlos arranged for a big team to complete the job in a day. The guys were all courteous and hard-working, I always knew who was in charge and Carlos made sure the team knew how to organize their work for the day. He was also accessible by phone for any concerns I might have. As the work neared completion, he came back to make sure all was according to plan, and to tell me about care for some of the trees that needed attention. The team left the yard in pristine condition, cleaning up all the wood debris. I highly recommend New Sky Tree Service!!!
