Careful. This company may be a sham. Carlos took $400 from me as a down payment on a tree removal project to cover an arborist report. After a month I contacted them asking where my report was to be told "by Friday" and then "tomorrow".... After hearing nothing I told them give me the report today or give me my money back. They asked for my peer payment info, which I provided, and still nothing 6 weeks since my check was cashed. Today their answering service tells me Carlos is unavailable and without cell service but that the message will be sent. Not sure how, if he's out of reach.... At this point I'm not sure this is a legit company.

Walter and his crew did a great job removing a big tree that was about to fall on top of the house and crush it during the big rain storm. Even with the bad weather they were out at the house in just a couple hours after calling them and carefully removed the tree without damaging any property. The crew was friendly professional and did a nice job cleaning up afterwards. I’d definitely use them again.

Absolutely happy with their service from start to end. Walter showed up on time to give us a free estimate to take down two trees in our front yard; he was knowledgeable and gave us a very reasonable price. After we approved the proposal, he and his team went ahead and did the job efficiently and much faster than we anticipated. We are very happy with their service and definitely will use them again in the future.

We had a great experience with New Sky Tree Service. We felt that Walter gave us a good value in his bid assuming quality work, and the results exceeded our expectation. The crew was courteous and professional. They worked hard doing a thorough and skillful job and took care of everything to leave the place looking clean and well taken care of. The trees look great! Better than I expected. And I think they will stay looking great for a long time.
