We were extremely pleased with the work of Thomas and his team. Insurance mandated that all limbs of our gigantic old tree overhanging our roof be removed. This led to the entire tree’s removal, with the city requiring an Arborist report and multiple submissions in order to obtain the permit. Thomas, being a certified arborist, helped with this cumbersome process. Because the tree was within feet to both our house, and that of our neighbor, removal required the upmost of skill. The crew climbed the tree, cut it limb by limb, and brought it down using ropes. Extreme care was used, within the process and afterwards during cleanup. We also used them to grind the stump, and replant multiples other trees to fulfill our obligation to the city. Thomas and his crew were not only skilled and efficient, they were also friendly, accommodating and fairly priced. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We had a great experience with New Vista Inc. for backyard tree trimming and pruning. Thomas, Antonio, and the team spent over seven hours at our property working diligently. They were professional, knowledgeable, and surprisingly quiet with their power equipment. Communication was excellent from start to finish, and they were reasonably priced. The initial consultation appointment was easy to book, with a Saturday appointment available. Thomas arrived promptly and was helpful and thorough. The quote came through quickly, then scheduling was easy. On the day of the trimming, the team arrived just as promised, did a wonderful job, and left the job site neater than they found it. I had an absolutely incredible experience with NewVista Tree Service. We had a large tree that began slowly collapsing throughout the day, and by 5:30 PM it was heavily leaning over our driveway. Concerned it might fall overnight and cause damage, I began frantically searching for emergency tree services. Despite calling several companies advertising “24/7 service,” most went straight to voicemail or Google Voice. NewVista was the only company that actually answered. I spoke with Dina, who was kind, responsive, and quick to act. She asked for photos, called me back right away, and said, "That looks bad"—then promptly dispatched an arborist to assess the situation. Within minutes, I received a quote, and their team was on-site that evening to safely remove the tree. They left the debris neatly on the side and returned first thing the next morning to remove everything completely. The entire process was professional, fast, and reassuring during a stressful situation. NewVista was truly exceptional—responsive, reliable, and efficient. I can’t recommend them highly enough!
