I had an absolutely incredible experience with NewVista Tree Service. We had a large tree that began slowly collapsing throughout the day, and by 5:30 PM it was heavily leaning over our driveway. Concerned it might fall overnight and cause damage, I began frantically searching for emergency tree services. Despite calling several companies advertising “24/7 service,” most went straight to voicemail or Google Voice. NewVista was the only company that actually answered. I spoke with Dina, who was kind, responsive, and quick to act. She asked for photos, called me back right away, and said, "That looks bad"—then promptly dispatched an arborist to assess the situation. Within minutes, I received a quote, and their team was on-site that evening to safely remove the tree. They left the debris neatly on the side and returned first thing the next morning to remove everything completely. The entire process was professional, fast, and reassuring during a stressful situation. NewVista was truly exceptional—responsive, reliable, and efficient. I can’t recommend them highly enough!
I was very pleased with the removal of a tall palm tree. The crew knew exactly what to do so as not to damage anything in the process. They left the area very clean. It was an excellent professional job! Highly recommend them and I would use them again if needed.
I hired Antonio and his crew to remove three trees, and they did it super fast and efficient. They cleaned up real well afterwards and even cleaned up the branches that went over to the neighbor side. They even left me some remnants for wood projects. I’d definitely hire these guys again.
