After working with them for over 16 years, we can testify that they are always extremely professional, friendly, polite and knowledgeable. They also work with great care whether performing expert tree and shrub pruning, tree removal or clean-up. In addition, they are extremely honest, if they take less time than anticipated, it will be reflected on the invoice.

I have used this company at my property as well as my mother's house. They are consistently knowledgeable about the trees, and do a great job of both pruning and clean-up. They were also very kind about dealing with the job at my mother's house - a prior company had done a terrible job and charged a fortune, taking advantage of her confusion. Out on a Limb was considerate of the situation and made sure that they were clear on what she wanted - and even gave a discount when it didn't take as long as expected. Very happy with everyone involved - and will continue to use them to maintain our trees!

I have used Out on a Limb tree service for more than 15 years. I can’t say enough about this tree company. From annual care to tree removal , Kathy and crew are knowledgeable about trees and have demonstrated their expertise by always going what’s right for the tree. Kathy and crew have always been friendly , professional and extremely thoughtful about cleaning up their work. All crew members have been willing to educate me and point out best pruning for the sustainability of the trees. I do have a majestic old maple that is cabled to prolong its life. Out on a Limb inspects that cable system regularly. I couldn’t ask for a better partner in my tree care.
