From the bid to the completion of the job, we are very happy we chose Pacific Arborculture! The process was within our budget and fair, they explained the process and options and completed the work faster than promised. Even on a 90 degree day, they worked fast and cleaned up everything. Thank you Jared and team for a job well done!
Pacific Arboriculture Did a great job. Mitch was very thorough on the pricing and estimates. Jared and his crew did a great job. Left the work area very clean. They worked very hard and very safe. They have great respect for the surroundings. Would definitely call on them again.
Jared and his crew arrived a few minutes ahead of schedule and were very professional! Jared was great in answering my questions and listening while I explained how much I wanted cut off my trees. He pruned both my Magnolia and Pine tree. An enormous limb the size of the trunk, broke off my Pine tree during a storm. Jared was able to clean up the jagged break to prevent disease and insects entering the tree; along with pruning some limbs and removing all the dead branches. The Magnolia tree was getting so big it was hanging over my roof and encroaching my neighbors yard. Jared did a great job pruning it back and giving it a great shape. The pictures below are the before and after pictures of both trees. My trees now look awesome and I will recommend Pacific Arboriculture to everyone I know!
I cannot say enough good things about Pacific Arboriculture. From start to finish, the experience was professional, thoughtful, and incredibly reassuring. Mitch was the first person who came out to assess our trees, and he did an outstanding job walking me through the condition of our mature cedar and birch trees, explaining what work was needed, and helping paint a clear picture of the process and priorities. He was also extremely communicative while I was evaluating the company and deciding how to move forward, which I genuinely appreciated. Tom and Brady later came onsite to perform the actual work, including recabling and pruning on both a mature birch and a mature cedar at our residential property in Auburn. Their professionalism, attention to detail, and respect for the property were obvious throughout the project. You could tell they took pride in doing the work correctly rather than rushing through it. I also want to specifically recognize owner Ryan Seeley for stellar follow-up and guidance when I later had questions involving surface Birch roots that were beginning to elevate my neighbor’s driveway. Ryan took the time to discuss the situation thoughtfully and professionally, and I appreciated the balanced, practical advice. Across the board, every interaction with Pacific Arboriculture reflected experience, integrity, strong communication, and genuine care for both the customer and the trees themselves. There is absolutely no way I could recommend them more highly. An easy 5 stars!
Great service! They had the best pricing by far among our quotes, offered a free consultation, and even have payment plans available for tight budgets. They were running a bit behind on the day (clearly a busy and in-demand crew), but they kept us updated on their ETA every step of the way and still made sure to show up. Once here, they worked late into the evening to complete our project, trimming and shaping two big backyard trees while keeping the height perfect for privacy. Hardworking, fair, and accommodating. 5 stars!
