Harborist, Noah responded promptly to my call, listened to my concerns, desires, & intentions & presented a well designed plan of action. I had a proposal in a few days and was promptly scheduled. He arrived with a crew of five including highly skilled foreman , Andrecene. They even generously agreed to relocate railroad ties to a new location free of charge. The crew was friendly, very skilled, hard working, and tidy with my propertyl. Their equipment was exceptional as well. I could not have been treated better by Andrcene and all. These folks won the fire abatement contract for my cabin in Idyllwild Pine Cove. I was the lucky winner as these guys are fragging amazing. Noah originally came out to assess my property. He is an educated professional when it comes to understanding trees. He is local and fully understands mountain terrain. I got a thorough education on what was growing on my property, good advice on how to make things better. Yesterday Anderson (foreman) and his crew arrived. Extremely nice guys. Each personally introduced themselves, shook my hand. Anderson reviewed the project with me, wanted to make sure they had it right. I had them add some trimming of trees around cable/phone wires at a very reasonable cost. These guys worked yesterday afternoon and this morning starting at 7 AM. They were careful, detail oriented. They did more than was in their contract. Reality? They wanted to make sure I was 100% satisfied. They took dead branches off a tree above my shed, cleaned out junk beneath my deck. They did a THOROUGH cleanup at the end. My property looks amazing. They exceeded my expectations. I need to get some old stumps ground down, look forward to having these guys back. They do amazing work and are careful with your house. Clearly a 5-star business. CLEARLY!
We had a tree fall onto our roof and deck during a recent wind storm. We utilized Pacific Slope to remove the tree. They were incredibly responsive and were able to coordinate getting the work done quickly. Jeremiah and his crew were professional and efficient. Unfortunately, the tree stirred up a yellow jackets nest and most of the guys on the team ended up getting stung. They had great attitudes and handled the situation with grace. Thank goodness for the bee suits. When the job was completed they left the property neat and clean. We are grateful for their service and would utilize them again.
We are so pleased with the very professional abatement job that Pacific Slope Tree Company did for us. Our house is next to a beautiful creek in Idyllwild and it is very important to us to preserve the natural beauty of our property while making it as fire safe as possible. Noah and Andrecene first came to our home and then made an estimate. Then Noah called to make an appointment to do the job. The crew came on time and first made sure of any specific concerns that we had before starting the job. We have a 50 year old wisteria that needed to be trimmed back from the roof while preserving the integrity of the rest of the very sturdy and established vine that grows high into the tree tops. Jeremiah listened carefully and trimmed it back so it looks beautiful and can continue to flourish. Andrecene really understood our concerns about conserving the beauty of our property while also strategically removing plants and bushes where needed. He was very experienced, thoughtful and skillful. Reese understood our worry about cedar branches high above our two story garage. He carefully trimmed back the branches while on a harness hanging from a nearby cedar tree and then climbed over the ridge of the very steep pitched roof to clean out one gutter that no one was able to clean out before. The entire team worked together so well. They took care of every detail including blowing off the street after their big truck drove away to remove any debris left from loading all of the leaves, pine needles and branches. As they walked back and forth, even the lead men would stop and pick up small branches that they noticed might have fallen out of a trash can as it was carried it up the hill to their truck. As business owners for over 35 years, we are very impressed with the integrity of this business and the work ethic of its employees. We highly recommend Pacific Slope Tree Company.
Pacific Slope Tree Company did an excellent job taking down one green pine tree that was close to the cabin and not easy to take down. Before and after photos are posted below. Noah explained the white powder added to the top of the stump was to prevent fungus that could grow in the roots of the stump and infect the other living trees nearby. They also pruned several trees near the house and provide contact information for local fire abatement assistance. I highly recommend hiring them for all your tree care needs.
