About Precise Tree Care
Have used them many times and they always do a great job. 15 years ago they worked with us to try and save our dying 100+ year old tree. Unfortunately we had to remove it this years because it official died but we had many great years with it. Precise came out and did a great job removing this very large tree and even cut me a piece so I can make a table. The workers were friendly and did quality work.
I contacted Precise after reading some reviews and I'm glad I did. They were very professional from start to finish. I had a huge tree in the back of my yard and 2 medium trees close to the house that I needed cut down and they gave me the best price and did a wonderful job. The crew was friendly and the lead confirmed what was to be done. Every thing was cleaned up when they were done. I would definitely use them again.
Precise Tree care did an excellent job. They trimmed branches from three different trees hanging over our roof. We are having a new roof installed soon and we needed to clear the space above our house. It looks fantastic. They did a great job cleaning up after as well. If anybody needs tree work in the Frankfort Square area give them a call. They are very reasonably priced as well.
This was my first time using Precise Tree Care. My experience was absolutely amazing from the start. They quoted the work I wanted in a timely manner. The quote was very good and they did not try to upsell me on anything which I really appreciated. They kept me informed of the process moving forward after accepting the proposal. They notified me the day before coming out in a timely manner and there were no miscommunications. I had contacted customer service between quotes for some other questions and they got back to me the same day which was also very helpful. On the day of the service, they showed up on time. We went over the proposal once more to clarify any details and they got right to work. The work and cleanup was perfect and they left no mess behind. My yard looks so much better than it did before. The staff were very professional, kind, and cared about my property. You can tell they take great pride in their work. I am grateful and thankful to have had such a great experience. I will be using them again in the future. I would give 10 stars if I could. Great job.
This is edited to reflect this is the only 1 star review I have ever given. The crew is still at our home and cleaning up. Things they did well 1. Safely cut branches away from the 2-story house on a very tall tree. 2. Cleaned up well. 3. All workers were polite and respectful. Things they did not do well: 1. We requested arborist input on a shrub for the day of work, did not receive that, not the fault of the workers. 2. No fully English speaking crew members. They were able to understand pointing and hand gesturing, yes/no but otherwise unable to communicate easily. My husband called the office once during a several hour job, without resolution. 3. One polite non-English speaking crew member nodded and said yes to my directions on a beloved shrub, but clearly did not understand that I requested a revision to the contract, although he told me "okay". I had to leave and came back to find it massacred to my viewpoint, now thinking of just having it cut down. But not by Precise, as I would not use them again, or even refer them with confidence. We chose Precise for their arborist input, and are still sorely disappointed, could have called the cheapest tree cutters for a similar job. 4. If my husband was not here for part of it, they would have cut even more. Thankfully he was able to stop them. Having an English speaking crew member would have alleviated much of my unhappiness. Now I just need to make peace with the yard that is mine, which will take time. If you use Precise, I would request an English speaking crew member or would be very hesitant to use them, unless you want some of your trees/shrubs cut differently than use wish. 5. Somewhat unhappy that I payed a premium price to be this disappointed.
