After nearly 10 years as a customer, this is not a review I expected to write. Over the past year, the quality of this company has clearly declined, and my most recent experience confirmed it. The job was delayed, communication was poor throughout, and my property was damaged. The crew also initially left the work in unacceptable condition (as shown in the photo). What’s most frustrating is that I simply requested a $250 refund to cover the damage. Instead of addressing the issue professionally, I was put through an unnecessarily difficult process. I ultimately paid the full invoice just to move on. This company used to provide reliable, high-quality service, which is why I stayed with them for so long. Unfortunately, that is no longer the case. I’m willing to pay for quality—but based on this experience, I’ll be taking my business elsewhere and suggest you do the same.
I can’t say enough about the awesome crew and service team from Precise Tree Care! They came yesterday to trim & prune my large maple tree and also to remove a large, mostly dead shrub. The crew were on time, professional and so incredibly skilled, I was mesmerized watching them from my kitchen doorway. (I only watched because I was fascinated with their work). They cleaned as they went, chipping all the debris right on site, and they ground up the stump from the bush they removed, so well that you can’t even tell there used to be bush there. Highly skilled, friendly, and seemed to love their job! The price was great for all the work they did! I’ve already recommended them to a friend, and will continue to recommend Precise Tree Care & will definitely call them again for any future work. The customer service/scheduling was awesome as well!
Have used this family run business several times over the years. They are very thorough and give good attention to details. Getting a proposal and accepting it is very easy on line. Their work in the field is very good from set up through clean up. You always get a great job at a good price.
We found Precise Tree Care on Facebook. Others spoke highly of this company. I went online and requested a price. These guys showed up at the house within a day and were able beat the price of two other companies, one by more than half. They were very good at communication via text and e-mail about scheduling. The crew was excellent and fast. Were done with my work and cleanup within 4 hours. I would highly recommend Precise Tree Care. My work was done in Channahon.
Have used them many times and they always do a great job. 15 years ago they worked with us to try and save our dying 100+ year old tree. Unfortunately we had to remove it this years because it official died but we had many great years with it. Precise came out and did a great job removing this very large tree and even cut me a piece so I can make a table. The workers were friendly and did quality work.
