By far the best tree company! We’ve had them a few times. But yesterday WOW! We had severe tree damage after the storm yesterday. My mom called to let them know and within an hour Joe arrived at our house looked at the trees and we had to get one completely taken down and the other needed to have all down and broken branches cut. The crew was here within an hour after speaking to Joe and did the ENTIRE job in 4 hours. They are so professional and clean. I was amazed watching them. Definitely would recommend to anyone!!! I would definitely recommend Precise Tree Care. We recently had 2 huge storms in as many days. With 4 huge old oak trees my property was a mess. I was expecting to be put on a long list of needy customers. Precise came out within 2 hours of my call. They assessed and gave me a very reasonable estimate. Early the very next morning their crew arrived and did an excellent job of removing limbs and branches. My yard was spotless. What a great company!
After nearly 10 years as a customer, this is not a review I expected to write. Over the past year, the quality of this company has clearly declined, and my most recent experience confirmed it. The job was delayed, communication was poor throughout, and my property was damaged. The crew also initially left the work in unacceptable condition (as shown in the photo). What’s most frustrating is that I simply requested a $250 refund to cover the damage. Instead of addressing the issue professionally, I was put through an unnecessarily difficult process. I ultimately paid the full invoice just to move on. This company used to provide reliable, high-quality service, which is why I stayed with them for so long. Unfortunately, that is no longer the case. I’m willing to pay for quality—but based on this experience, I’ll be taking my business elsewhere and suggest you do the same.
I was extremely disappointed in the work they did on our hundred year old tree. They were only suppose "remove suckers on trunk, thin and remove deadwood over 3/4 inch in diameter and cut back previously damaged limb. (Not tip pruning, size reduction or shaping)." Instead more than a dozen large branches up to 4-6 inches in diameter were removed. They did send 2 arborists who were sympathetic to my complaints but tried to convince me that branches 5 and 6 inches in diameter were suckers! I would avoid this company they were way to agressive in trimming back the tree. They did not follow the contgract I signed!!
I can’t say enough about the awesome crew and service team from Precise Tree Care! They came yesterday to trim & prune my large maple tree and also to remove a large, mostly dead shrub. The crew were on time, professional and so incredibly skilled, I was mesmerized watching them from my kitchen doorway. (I only watched because I was fascinated with their work). They cleaned as they went, chipping all the debris right on site, and they ground up the stump from the bush they removed, so well that you can’t even tell there used to be bush there. Highly skilled, friendly, and seemed to love their job! The price was great for all the work they did! I’ve already recommended them to a friend, and will continue to recommend Precise Tree Care & will definitely call them again for any future work. The customer service/scheduling was awesome as well!
