Dakota and his crew cleaned some out of control trees on my property. He was professional from the first consultation visit to the project execution to cleanup. I definitely recommend this tree service!

We had Progression Tree Care give us a bid to trim/prune some overgrown cedars and a big-leaf maple to prepare for our solar installation which was going to start in 2 weeks. We love the natural setting of our yard and wanted to minimize the amount of change. Dakota came out quickly, provided a very competitive bid, was very knowledgeable, and gave us recommendations of how to make the most impact with the least amount of trimming. Dakota and another guy were there promptly at the start of the time window and did a remarkable job on the trimming. The trees look a lot healthier now and opened up the ground level of our backyard for us to use while keeping the color and natural view of the tall trees. One tree was severely damaged by some overgrown blackberry bushes. Dakota was able to save the tree. While cleaning up one tree, Dakota noticed another maple off shoot that was growing sideways along the ground (originally covered up by the cedars) and asked if he should clean that as well, which he did without asking for extra money. He also trimmed a couple neighboring trees to maintain a consistent look in the area.
In all, seven trees were trimmed and only one tree (the sideways maple) was removed.
Overall, Dakota and Progression Tree Care were quick, courteous, hard-working and delivered a high-quality service while prioritizing our desires. I'm excited about how much space their work opened up in our backyard, and I'm sure I'll call them again when I need more tree work done.

Dakota and his crew do amazing work. They responded promptly to my inquiry and proposed a very reasonable price while also helping answer many questions I had. We needed to have trees removed from our backyard that backed up along HOA shared space. Dakota helped handle any permitting and discussion with the city and made the whole process painless. I have recommended their service to several friends since and would happily be a reference in the future.

Dakota is super knowledgeable, friendly, and quick! Very easy to get a quote and schedule. He took out some lower branches on our Douglas Fir that were touching our power lines and house, and left my yard looking great. Would highly recommend. Good pricing.

I’ve used Dakota a few different times now for tree work at our house and he’s been awesome every time.
He shows up when he says he will, gets right to work, and just handles it. No drama, no surprises. We’ve had him do everything from trimming to bigger tree stuff and it’s always been smooth. He’s easy to work with and just a solid, normal dude who knows what he’s doing.
Pricing has always felt fair too. He’ll tell you straight up what actually needs to be done and what doesn’t, which I appreciate.
