I have a large, 20 year old birch in my front yard. It had been poorly pruned before we bought the home. I read that birches are very sensitive trees and care should be taken in pruning them. Our tree was growing poorly and the winds lately have torn off a few limbs. I had a couple different gardeners say they could trim it, but both did a rough job as well. I knew I needed a real, knowledgeable, "arborist" to fix her. I checked online and found Rainier Tree Service. They had great reviews and Charley was listed as an "arborist!" I contacted him immediately.
Charley came out over the holiday to give us an estimate within a few days. He was here within a week and did an awesome job from start to cleanup. He even obliged me when I asked if he could cut a couple branches on another tree that was growing into my yard from a neighbor's yard.👍🏻 He also took the time to advise me on a couple of small maples in my yard.
I am very pleased with how my birch looks now and I have high hopes that she'll get healthier and prettier over time. I'll absolutely call Charley with Rainier next time!

Charley is an exceptional person and business owner.
He is a person that listens to what a customer needs, has that passion about his business and is one that follows through.
I work at Fugate Ford in Enumclaw and sold him a fleet truck for his business. I got to learn about Rainier Tree Service and yes, I got to meet his family also.
I will be recommending Rainier Tree Service to the people in my area who need help in the future!

We had a great experience with Rainier Tree Service! We had a big project to remove several LARGE trees very close to our house. They managed to take down these wild trees with precision and without damage to my home. NONE. They have really exceeded our expectations. The owner Charley has great communication skills, which is very important to me. Charley and his crew were kind, always on time, and very easy to work with. The clean-up was excellent. The timeliness was exceptional and the price was just right. I cannot say enough good things about this team. THANK YOU GUYS! You made this overwhelming project feel like a piece of cake and I appreciate every one of you! I highly recommend these guys!

Charley and his crew showed up on time and got right to work. They busted their butts for two days straight skirting up 43 trees for our park. The work they did made our park look amazing. They cleaned up all the brush and left no debris, almost like they weren’t even there. Our community was really impressed by the work they did. I strongly recommend this company.

Charlie and Rainier Tree Service are the best! Good pricing, excellent communication, attention to detail, punctual and a friendly, hardworking team. Charlie came on Monday to make a bid and did the job on Thursday. It's much appreciated that he makes a special effort to ensure customer satisfaction. Regrettably, that doesn't happen often enough these days. Highly recommended!
