This review is for my experience with the estimation process. I was impressed with how responsive they were to my original inquiry and then was impressed with the professionalism and knowledge of their arborist. He was generous with his knowledge of not only the tree in question but other parts of my landscape and was honest about the work involved. There was no pressure during or after the visit to complete the work. Given the fact that I had gotten no response from three different Napa area tree companies, this experience with sexy trees really stood out and I would recommend you talk with them.
We are a 41 acre mobile home park in St. Helena, with 900 trees and 100 of the trees are redwoods. Sexytrees has worked for us for 5 years. During that time we have had some difficult removals that have required a crane because of the proximity of the trees to homes. Sexytrees crew is well trained and takes care to provide excellent traffic control, safety to prevent damage to property and cleanup is superb. The crew is professional and friendly. This year with all the stormy, windy weather we had no trees downed. I attribute a lot of that to Sexytrees.
Alex and his crew did another great job for us. We have a beautiful heritage oak that needs special care. They detailed it for us and took care of the tree. They cleaned up our yard very nicely too.
