Joel and his team were great to work with! We needed a very large tree that overhangs our house to be trimmed and lightened up before the stormy season as it was overdue and could have become dangerous to the home. Joel came out to look at it within a day of me submitting a quote request on their website, and was able to schedule his team to work on the tree the very next day! The tree now looks happier and healthier and much less ominous where it has branches over the roof of our house, not to mention the team did a great job of cleaning up the debris after they were finished working on it!

What really impressed us happened after the job: our neighbor -- upset by the loss of their shade -- began making angry calls to the city and harassing us about "unauthorized tree removal."
