We had a Sunderland crew do some planned pruning for us, including tree branches that were running into our power lines. They were friendly, efficient, neat, and clearly competent. Then we had a tree come down on Christmas eve and damage some infrastructure. Not only did Joe come out on Christmas day to make the tree situation safe, he then came back to fix the infrastructure damage, in the rain. Truly above and beyond. All excellent work.
I typically don’t write reviews, but this one is well-deserved. Sunderland tree service went above and beyond on the job they performed for me. I got bids from numerous tree services in the area and their price was reasonable and fair. They removed two 150 foot redwood trees that were in very close proximity to the home on site along with removing the stumps below grade as well. The job was started on time and also finished on time. The job was managed well with all safety precautions taken into consideration and in place. The proper Insurance and licenses were in place and provided as well. The crew was very professional and courteous, as well as cooperative with my needs and request. All in all I highly recommend Sunderland Tree Service and will use them again for future needs. Thank you Joe, Nick, Mike and the rest of the crew, I truley appreciate the the effort and attention to detail you provided.
Joe and his team are excellent at what they do, he came out and gave us a bid on the few trees we needed removed and then had a few recommendations for trimming other trees he saw in distress. Once approved we were scheduled and taken care of quickly. They left the yard cleaner than it was when they started working. All extremely professional. We ended up having a couple questions after the work was complete and they were happy to address our concerns. Highly recommend!
These Arborist were professional and knowledgeable on how some of the trees I had trimmed. I was concerned with open spaces from the road and they discussed options on how they could trim the trees to keep privacy. I also had a tree taken down close to the house without a worry.
