The workers did a fantastic job cutting down a dead tree in our backyard, which was at risk of falling on our deck and home. They arrived on time, were skillful in avoiding damage in the surrounding area, and were efficient in cleaning up. Josef and his team were excellent. It can be hard to develop trust with a new arborist, handyman, electrician, etc., but Josef’s demeanor and transparency immediately made me feel at ease, and he followed through with all the expectations he set. He gave me options, gave me advice, fit the services to my budget, and described the pros/cons of every possible alternative. This was all done in person. Then, when it was time to do the work, his crew showed up— all very professional— and got the job done quickly and safely. No cleanup after, no hidden charges. I plan to have him come back every year and maintenance and safety checks.
