Before and after photos show pruning at the top and around and thinning to let more light through to the inner branches. The after photo was taken 6 months after pruning and growth has already begun. This is our second time using the urban arborist for these trees and we will use them again. They communicate well, the work is expertly done, clean up is taken care of and the price is fair. It’s a good company to hire.
Urban Arborist is the best. We called them 2 years ago to assess a large Eucalyptus we thought needed pruning and they assured us it was fine-no need to trim it. When we called last year they again said it looked healthy and didn’t really need pruning yet but we had some concerns. They did a beautiful job for a fair price. Certainly the opposite of hard sell. Highly recommend.
Urban Arborist did a terrific job trimming a mature old San Francisco native Islais Cherry tree. This was the first major trimming of this tree since I had planted it 15 years ago, and I was completely impressed with the work performed.
I have used Urban Arborist for several years to maintain and trim back a large fast growing Japanese Zelkova, four Plums, and one large Loquat tree. I have always been very pleased with their work. The crew was punctual, working effectively and efficiently. Working with Carlos and crew members for the last few years were great. They were professional, knowledgeable, friendly and courteous. And, they did an excellent job tidying and cleaning up afterward. They were thorough. I will be calling Urban Arborist soon for this year work.
