Craig came out to do the actual estimate - he was on time, listened to my needs, and very informative. I mostly appreciated his balance of taking care of our trees, but not doing more than was really necessary. Everyone in the office from initial booking, to logistics, and actual work completed was excellent. They left our property just as they arrived leaving no extra debris or branches behind. Tree133 gets my strongest personal endorsement. If you’re planning to have tree work done in the Seattle area, look no further I called Tree133 about removing two small dead trees from in front of my house and trimming branches overhanging our roof. Tree133 thoroughly impressed me; I was extremely pleased with the every aspect of our interactions. Everyone involved was knowledgable, professional, and very friendly, from initial contact through the free assessment/estimate and finally to the work crew who came out to handle the job. We had a large dead section in our large European birch, and we contacted Tree133 to do the work. From the quote to the final invoice they were especially communicative, listened well, did great work and made us feel secure in our choices. They didn't try to upsell us on services we didn't want, and they took plenty of time to explain everything that would be done. As well as communicating how to help the trees bounce back from the damage. The email, phone and in person communications were all very nice. We won't hesitate to use Tree133 again.
Tree133 cares about trees…and about you, the customer! I worked in the customer service business for over 30 years and Tree133 just provided the best customer service I have ever experienced! It started with an immediate response to my on-line request. Joanna awesome: friendly, helpful, and quick to schedule a visit that worked for us. You could sense that she cared about us, the customer. That was followed by a great visit from Craig and Zach. These two were incredibly knowledgeable (Craig is the lead arborist), friendly, and helpful. There was never a sense of hurry as we discussed several trees in our yard and what best to do with each one. They helped us come up with a plan to address each of our needs/concerns.
